装配式弯管辅助装置的研制与应用

摘要 大跨度管桁架钢结构工程对钢管加工质量要求高,钢管弯管采用三辊型弯机加工,材料须一定量的打头料,材料损耗大,生产成本控制难度大,研究选定研制弯管辅助装置方案,以控制材料损耗、降低生产成本,实际效果良好。 Wide-span tubular truss steel structure has high requirements for steel tube processing quality.Steel tube was processed by using three-roller bending machine.There were a certain amount of heading material,relatively high material wastage and big difficulty in production cost control.Auxiliary bending device scheme was studied and selected to control material wastage and reduce production cost,realizing favorable effect.
