摘要
结合实际工程项目,将BIM技术引入到预制装配式建筑全生命周期中,具体阐述了某大型预制装配式住宅建筑中BIM技术在在设计、生产、深化设计、施工及运维阶段的应用情况。分析结果表明,BIM技术在顸制装配式建筑全生命周期中可发现诸多问题,并基于BIM技术分析优化方案,提高效率,验证了其适用性和建设性,充分体现了BIM技术在预制装配式建筑全生命周期中的应用价值和广阔前景。
Based on practical engineering project,BIM technique is introduced into whole life cycle of prefabricated building,to describe details the application of BIM technique in design,production,in-depth design,construction,operation and maintenance of large prefabricated residential building.Analysis result showed that BIM technique could detect many problems in whole life cycle of prefabricated building and the BIM-based optimal scheme could improve efficiency and verify its applicability and constructiveness.BIM technique has high application value and wide outlook in whole life cycle of prefabricated building.
