摘要 现代工业厂房屋顶安置光伏电板会导致荷载增加,部分构件应力超出限值,不满足设计要求。门式刚架轻钢结构厂房加固工程主要采用加大截面方法,通过比选不同加固方法,最终选取在腹板两侧焊T型钢对H型钢柱进行补强,在单侧翼缘焊T型钢对H型钢梁进行加固,并通过PKPM软件对加固后的结构进行验算,确保加固方法的可行性。 Photovoltaic panel mounted on modern industrial factory building will increase the load of factory building and the stress of some component exceeds the limit value and doesn't satisfy the design requirements.The strengthening of portal rigid frame lightweight steel structure factory building mainly uses section enlarging method.After comparison among different strengthening methods,T steel was welded on both sides of the web plate to strengthen the H steel column and on single side of wing edge to strengthen the H steel beam.PKPM software was used to verify the strengthened structure and to guarantee feasibility of the strengthening method.
