随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,人们对建筑物的施工质量要求越来越高,近年来由施工质量问题引起的纠纷持续增长,如何保证并且提高施工质量是建筑业亟待解决的问题。本项目主要通过加强技术交底管理,坚持以人为本,采用PDCA循环管理模式来保证施工质量。

With the booming development of construction industry,users have higher and higher requirements for building construction quality.In recent years,the number of construction quality problems was increasing,so how to guarantee and improve construction quality is a critical problem to be solved by the construction industry.This project effectively guaranteed the construction quality by strengthening technical disclosure management,insisting on humanoriented principle and adopting PDCA cycle management mode.
