基于SketchUp的工序模拟在北京地铁大屯路东站换乘改扩建中的应用

Application of SketchUp-Based Process Simulation in Datun Road East Station Rebuilding and Expansion Project

北京地铁15号线与5号线换乘大屯路东站改扩建工程为全国首例在不停运的情况下对运营车站进行改造的工程。该工程没有施工经验可供参考,施工时间和空间严重受限。项目施工单位采用SketchUp软件对工序进行模拟,并在工厂进行"1:1"实地演练,总结出了包括钢柱加固、中梁吊装、边梁吊装、站台加宽桁架吊装在内的综合技术。

Rebuilding and expansion of Datun Road East Station,an interchange station between Beijing subway line 15 and line 5,is the first subway station rebuilding project in China without stopping operation of existing subway lines.Construction period and space of this project were severely limited and there was no construction reference.The construction unit used SketchUp software to simulate the construction process and carried out real-size trial operation in factory.General construction techniques were summarized,including steel column strengthening,central beam lifting,boundary beam lifting and widened truss lifting,etc.
