摘要
高速公路桥梁施工中预制箱梁是非常常用的一种预制构件形式,而孔道压浆技术的好坏直接影响到预制箱梁的寿命,预应力钢绞线作为预制箱梁的主要的受力筋,在施工过程中埋藏在梁体内部,生锈时难以察觉,从而导致预制箱梁存在质量隐患,给人们的生产生活带来严重威胁。传统的压浆方式存在种种弊端无法保证压浆的饱和度,造成预应力管道存在空隙,长时间预应力筋的锈蚀也在所难免。而大循环智能压浆在进行预制箱梁压浆的过程中能实时监测水胶比、实时测控灌浆压力、浆液流量并可进行远程控制,可大幅提高压浆效果,提高预制箱梁施工质量。
