摘要
石济客专景德特大桥跨104国道及京沪铁路既有线,为有砟轨道(48+80+48)m预应力混凝土连续箱梁,采用转体施工,为保证转体施工的顺利转动和安全稳定,转体前应进行平衡配重试验,并采取措施使转体结构两方向达到平衡。介绍了称重试验的内容及试验原理,对试验数据进行了计算及分析,得到了平衡配重的方案,实际转体过程证明了方案可行。
The bridge crossing the 104 national road and Beijing-Shanghai railway is built by swing method,using ballasted track structure on prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridges.In order to ensure the smooth of process of construction,some measures were taken to make the structure's balance in two directions before trial.This paper introduces the principle and contents of weighing test,and through analyzing the test data,we get the balance weight scheme.In the progress of the rotation construction,the scheme is reliable and feasible.
