CNOOC Energy Technology Development Institute project involved complex crossed tasks,huge difficulties in coordination among different disciplines,big structural volume,high design requirement for energy conservation,high excellence creation target and complex electromechanical pipelines,which have high general requirements for electromechanical installation and pipeline construction.Whole process refined management was adopted to successfully guarantee engineering technology,quality,safety,construction schedule and realization of various project management targets.The engineering construction was effectively completed with high quality.
