理事厅街区发展现状正朝着一种不健康的方向发展,街区活力正在衰退。针对理事厅街区现状以及所面对的问题,提出一些尝试性地改造更新方案探索,主要包含城市结构设计和建筑设计两大方面。

The development of the neighborhood is developing in an unhealthy direction,and the vitality of the neighborhood is declining.In view of the status quo of the neighborhood and the problems faced,it puts forward some tentative ways to explore the renewal plan,which mainly includes two aspects:urban structure design and architectural design.
