新型防腐表面烟气冷凝换热器换热研究 被引量:5

Study on Surface Condensing Heat Transfer Performance of New Anti-corrosion Coating Heat Exchanger

摘要 实验研究了针对燃煤烟气和工业复杂烟气腐蚀的3种不同新型防腐表面烟气冷凝换热器换热性能。基于实验结果,分析了烟气对流凝结换热规律及3种不同新型防腐表面对换热性能的影响。结果表明,烟气冷凝换热器进/出口烟温越低,烟气平均单位温降下的冷凝水量和换热量越多;烟气冷凝水pH值为2.99~3.53;烟气在不同防腐表面上冷凝换热强弱不同,对换热表面改性可强化烟气冷凝换热;拟合出烟气冷凝换热器对流凝结换热实验关联式,可为烟气冷凝换热器的设计提供参考和依据。 This experiment studied the heat transfer performance of flue gas condensing heat exchangers with three different new anti-corrosion surfaces,which for preventing corrosion by coal-fired and industrial complex flue gas.Based on the results,the convective condensation heat transfer law of flue gas and the influence of three different new anti-corrosion surfaces on heat transfer performance were analyzed.The results show that the lower the inlet or outlet flue gas temperature of condensing heat exchanger,the more the condensed water and heat exchange amount when flue gas temperature drop per 1℃,the pH value of the flue gas condensate water ranging from 2.99~3.53,the condensation heat transfer intensity of flue gas on different anti-corrosion surfaces are different,the heat exchange surface modification can strengthen the flue gas condensation heat transfer,and fitted the convective condensation heat transfer experiment correlation of flue gas condensation heat exchanger.This study can provide a helpful reference for the design and analysis of condensing heat exchangers.
