摘要
窗墙比是建筑设计重要的考虑因素,它不仅影响建筑外观,也影响建筑的能耗。本文在我国五种典型气候区条件下进行办公建筑窗墙比在不同建筑因素条件的参数研究。具体做法是用Energy Plus软件对各气候区不同窗墙比的标准办公建筑单元在不同建筑朝向和建筑进深条件下的照明能耗、制冷能耗、采暖能耗以及综合能耗进行模拟,分析探讨窗墙比在多参数综合影响下对办公建筑能耗的影响规律。本研究结论可以为建筑师提供简明扼要的窗墙比设计策略和数据参考。
Window-wall ratio is an important factor in architectural design.It not only affects the appearance of buildings,but also the energy consumption.The paper studies on the influence of the window-wall ratio of office buildings in five typical climatic zones of China under different building factors.The method is to simulate the lighting energy consumption,cooling energy consumption,heating energy consumption and overall energy consumption of the standard office building units with different window-wall ratios in different climatic zones under different orientations and depth by using Energy Plus,and analyze the effects of window-wall ratio on the energy consumption of office building under the influence of multiple parameters.The conclusion of the study can provide a concise design strategies and data reference of window-wall ratio for architects.
