李诚本名考正

我国著名营造大师、宋《营造法式》作者李诚,字明仲,名与字正义有连属。南宋后期版刻书籍偶有误作李诫的,四库全书错认作李诫,陶湘重印《营造法式》沿袭四库之误。四库和陶湘以后,举世盲从这一错说,直至今日。本文从史源学、年代学考证入手,举出从北宋至明代十五种作李诚不误的重要文献,并附以相关书影,认证举世盲从的李诫本是李诚之误。李诚逝世已经九百年,营造学社成立、建筑史学科开张已经八十年,这一严重谬误,再也不可继续错传下去了。

As a Chinese famous building master,Mr.Li Cheng(李诚,?-1110 a.c.)is the author of Yingzaofashi in Song Dynasty.There is a semantic relation between the Chinese characteristic Li Cheng and his second name Ming Zhong(明仲).During the South Song Dynasty(1127-1279 a.c.),his name was occasionally wrongly spelled Li Jie in some block printed books.The Si Ku Quan Shu,or"complete library in the Four Branches of Literature"(四库全书,completed in 1782 a.c.)continued the mistake.So was the reprinted version by Mr.Tao Xiang(1871-1940 a.c.)since then to now.By the investigation into the Study of the Source of History and chronology,the author takes the 15 printed"Li Cheng"as evidence in the important literatures.
