Issue Abstract

《中国建筑史论汇刊》由清华大学建筑学院主办,以荟萃发表国内外中国建筑史研究论文为主旨。本辑收录论文18篇,分为佛教建筑研究,建筑文化研究,古代建筑制度,城市、园林、乡土建筑研究,英文论稿专栏五个栏目。

Journal of Chinese Architecture History,a journal run by the School of Architecture,Tsinghua University?is committed to collecting and publishing research papers written by Chinese and foreign authors on the history of Chinese architecture.This issue collects 18 articles,encompassing five sections,namely.Study of Buddhist Architecture,Study of Architectural Culture,Ancient Architectural Systems,Study of Urban Architecture,Gardens and Vernacular Buildings and English Papers.In particular,the An Overview of Buddhist Temple and Architecture in Tang and Sui Dynasties,combining historical documents and records,systematically analyzes the construction profile,plan,layout and architectural types of Buddhist temples during the Sui and Tang dynasties.
