摘要
杨(Young)的差异式正义论在当代的政治哲学中具有重要的地位。她以批判理论与后现代主义为基础,重新审视了哲学中有关正义的论述,并赋予正义以正视社群差异这一新的意义。然而,学界对杨的正义论还缺乏整体的理解和认识,以致在传播与应用方面存在障碍。为了展示杨正义论的全貌及其内在意义,启发人们深入思考并促发社会变革,本研究运用诠释学的方法,从部分到整体推论杨的理论架构和意义,再从整体检视部分之间的相互关系,以视野交融的态度获得创新的理解与批判性的反思。
The differential justice theory of Young has an important position in the contemporary political philosophy. Based on critical theory and postmodernism,she revisited the discussion of justice in philosophy,and gave justice a new meaning which is looking at community differences in a positive way. However,the academic circles lack the overall understanding of Young’s theory of justice,so that there are obstacles in the dissemination and application. In order to show the full view of Young’s justice theory and its meaning,inspire people to think deeply and promote the social change,this study uses the method of hermeneutics to deduce the theoretical framework and significance from part to whole,then examine the relationship among the parts from the overall view. Finally we acquire innovative understanding and critical reflection with a fusion of horizons.
