摘要
从经济分析角度探讨政府公共规制中的两种主要对象———外部性规制和自然垄断产业规制的收费补偿机理 。
Two main objectives of the government public regulation rates-the charge compensation mechanism of externalities regulation and natural monopoly industrial regulation are explored from the view of economic analysis in this article The main paths and measures for optimizing the compensation ways are studied as well.
