Under the condition of knowledge economy, the intellectual capital plays an increasingly important role for the future development of the enterprises Starting with the basic connotation of the intellectual capital and its operation, this paper expounds the basic thought and process of operating the enterprises' intellectual capital by applying the dynamic curve .Then from three different sectors of spiritual support, cultural support and systematic support, this paper expounds the ways on how to construct the support system in order to make the dynamic curve play its role.
