随着我国"十二五"节能规划工作的深入开展,集中供热事业的发展面临巨大机遇和挑战。SWOT法可全面分析集中供热发展所面临的优势(Strengthen)、劣势(Weakness)、机遇(Opportunity)和威胁(Threaten),将其应用于集中供热发展战略规划的研究具有重大理论意义。
With the implement of 'Twelve Five'energy saving planning in China, development of central heating is faced with huge opportunities and challenges. It is important to make comprehensive analysis between strengthens,weaknesses, opportunities and threatens using the SWOT method which will be applied to the central heating strategic development plan.
