摘要 通过对蒸发式冷凝机组和水冷机组的制冷性能和耗水分析,认为蒸发式冷凝机组在小冷量(≤528k W)区间内的系统效率占有优势,在大冷量(>1163k W)区间则水冷机组系统占优。两者均基于水的蒸发散热则两者的冷却水蒸发量应该一致,但蒸发冷凝机组的飘逸和排污损失大于常规的冷却塔,导致前者的耗水量更大。 Analyses the COP and water-consumption for evaporative-condensation chiller and water cooled chiller,presents evaporative-condensation system will have a better efficiency than water cooled one for a chiller capacity less than 528 k W,it will become reverse for a chiller capacity larger than 1163 k W.The evaporation rate will be equal as heat is rejected through water evaporation on both type of chiller,but water-consumption will be larger for evaporative condensation chiller which holds more drift and blowdown loss.
