摘要
以天津市某小区供热系统为研究对象,分析了既有供热系统存在的缺陷和问题,提出了"三段式"供热诊断模式,针对改造方案和改造效果进行了节能量、减排量和社会效益分析。改造效果表明,"三段式"供热诊断模式能够有效地克服供热系统建设与管理过程中的脱节,实现设计、施工和运营的无缝对接,为天津市乃至全国供热市场探索出一种新的可推广、易借鉴的供热诊断模式。
Taking the heating system of a district in Tianjin as an object,puts forward a 'three-stage' heating diagnostic mode,analyses the shortcomings and problems of heating systems.Meanwhile,compares the energy savings,emission reduction volume and social analysis for rehabilitation programs.Transformation results indicate that the 'three-stage' heating diagnostic mode could effectively overcome the disjointed problem of construction and management process,remove obstacles among the design,construction and operation.The purpose is to explore a new heating diagnostic mode which can be easily extended in Tianjin even in all over the country.
