摘要
校正风洞是风速仪表校准的重要设备。针对目前校正风洞占地面积大,使用能耗高,校正费用昂贵等现状,设计了一款能够快速精确调节风速,提供稳定均匀风源的便携式桌面型微风速校正风洞。该风洞长1.5 m,入口直径110 mm,采用自行设计圆形截面蜂窝器与阻尼网进行整流。经过流场品质检测,试验段风速从0.1~8 m/s,测量断面风速的稳定性与均匀性较好,紊流度低,风速通过压差进行精确的控制,满足便携微风速校正风洞的使用要求。
Calibration wind tunnel is an important instrument for calibrating anemometer. In view of the status of current calibration wind tunnel, such as covering a large area, the high energy consumption and the high cost of calibration, a portable desktop low-speed calibration wind tunnel was designed to quickly and accurately adjust the wind speed and to provide a stable uniform wind source. The length of wind tunnel is 1.5 m and the inlet diameter is 110 mm.A circular section honeycomb and a damping net were self-designed for rectification. The result of the flow field quality testing shows, when the wind speed of the experimental section changes from 0.1 m/s to 8 m/s, the wind speed stability and uniformity of the section is good and the turbulence is low. The wind speed is precisely controlled by differential pressure and meets the portable breeze calibration wind tunnel requirements.
