摘要
在机电安装工程项目中,已完工程进度通常依靠经验预估的方式,很难进行精确统计,一直是行业的痛点。本文针对此问题,利用BIM结合信息化技术,对进度精益化过程控制进行了探索及实践。通过苏州歌林小镇综合机电安装工程项目具体实例验证,结果表明BIM结合信息化技术可以良好的对已完工程进度精准控制,使项目实现精益化管理成为可能,取得较好的经济效益及环境保护成果。
In mechanical and electrical installation projects, the progress of completed projects usually depends on the way of experience prediction, it is difficult to make accurate statistics, which has always been the pain point of the industry. In this paper, BIM and information technology are used to explore and practice the process control of schedule leaning. Through the practical example of the comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation project in Gelin Town, Suzhou, the results show that BIM combined with information technology can control the progress of completed projects accurately, make lean management possible, and achieve better economic benefits and environmental protection results.
