The Business Area Project of Jinwan Huafa International Business Center is an city complex integrating commerce, office, hotel with residence. It falls into super high-rise building project. This paper introduces how to design the air-conditioning heating and cooling source and air-conditioning water system, the air-conditioning ventilation and smoke control system of primary area in this project. This paper also introduces the application of heat recovery, all fresh air supply and other technologies in this project.
