摘要
主要针对大气压沿面介质阻挡放电(surface dielectric barrier discharge,SDBD)的电特性和机械特性,综合概述了交流高压驱动条件下典型的单个板-板结构的SDBD等离子体激励器在气流控制领域中的研究进展.文中仅给出了周围没有气流情况下SDBD等离子体激励器的研究结果.首先总结了SDBD的放电电流、等离子体的扩展及其形态等主要特征,然后给出了时间平均的电流体动力(Electro-hydro-dynamic,EHD)和离子风速度的测量情况,最后总结了EHD力和离子风速度的时间分辨测量的最新研究进展.研究结果显示,单个SDBD等离子体激励器产生的平均EHD力和离子风速分别可高达1 m N/W和7 m/s,类辉光放电对推力和离子风的产生起主导作用.
This paper mainly focuses on the electrical characteristics and mechanical properties of surface dielectric barrier discharge(SDBD)at atmospheric pressure,and comprehensively summarizes the recent research progress of the typical AC-driven single plate-plate SDBD in the field of airflow control.Only results for actuators operating in absence of surrounding airflow are presented.The main characteristics of the discharge current,the plasma extension and its morphology are firstly summarized,and then the time-averaged measurements of the induced thrust force and electric wind velocity are commented.Finally,the time-resolved measurements of the induced thrust force and electric wind velocity are summarized.Results show that single SDBD can produce mean EHD force and electric wind velocity up to 1 mN/W and 7 m/s,respectively.Glow-like discharge plays a dominant role for the generation of the thrust force and ionic wind.
