摘要
某在建高层住宅小区的10~#楼基础出现南北侧沉降量差异较大现象,且沉降速率不一,有明显向南倾斜的趋势。为此,采取了锚杆静压钢管桩控沉加固及截桩整体迫降纠倾的施工新技术,并在180 d内完成加固纠倾,将外墙倾斜率控制到0.1%,最终沉降量控制在≤30 mm,消除了建筑基础病害和结构倾斜隐患。
The foundation of the 10# building in a high-rise residence quarter under construction has a large difference in settlement between the north and south sides. Furthermore, the settlement rate is different, and there is a tendency to tilt to the south. To this end, the new construction technology of foundation settlement control and reinforcement by using anchor bolt static pressure steel pipe pile and overall forced settlement and tilt rectification by intercepting pile is adopted. The reinforcement and rectification are completed within 180 days, and the inclination rate of the external wall is controlled to 0.1%. The final settlement is controlled at 30 mm or less. The defects of building foundation and hidden danger of structural tilt are eliminated.
