摘要
在对某超长框架结构办公楼加气混凝土块填充墙产生裂缝的原因进行分析的过程中,发现墙体裂缝由建筑物中间向两边整体呈倒"八"字的规律,从而排除了施工质量通病是主因的判断,得出系超长结构与强度偏低的砌块墙之间因线膨胀差异而引起较大水平应力推动框架柱侧斜、挤压砌体导致变形开裂的结论。
During the cause analysis of cracks in the aerated concrete block infill wall of an ultra-long frame structure office building, it is found that the wall cracks present inverted 'moustache' shape from the middle of the building to the both sides, thus excluding the judgment that common quality of construction may be the main cause, which concludes that the large stress between the ultra-long structure and the low-strength block wall due to the difference in linear expansion causes the larger horizontal stress to push the frame column to incline and to extrude the masonry to deform and crack.
