摘要
本文针对当前国内建筑"设计一建造"过程相分离与低效运行的现状,重新审视建筑系统内"设计一建造"关联机制与操作方式,在概念层面强调设计与建造逻辑的对接;在操作层面,运用协同设计、集成制造相关理论方法,使设计与建造交互促进并简化整体系统的运行流程。本文最后将模块化操作作为策略引入,综合上述论证构建"设计一建造"一体化模块,促进"设计一建造"系统向更高层级递进。
Aiming at the separation between design and construction process and the inefficiency of Chinese architectural system at present,this article reexamined the correlation and operating mode of design and construction in the architecture system,emphasizes design docking with construction logic on the conceptual level.On the operational level,it applies the concurrent engineering,collaborative design and integrated manufacturing to promote design and construction interactively and simplify the integrated system operation process.The method of modular system is introduced at the end of the essay,establishing the integrative'design-construction' modular system according to the argument above,promoting the 'design-construction'system to a higher level.
