摘要
结合某办公楼的工程概况,分析了该建筑物的现状与表观质量缺陷,并采用钻芯取样法,检测了混凝土的强度,对其结构构件与子单元的正常使用性作了鉴定评级,为该办公楼的改造加固设计提供了依据。
Combining with the engineering survey of some office building,the paper analyzes the status of some building and its defects in outline quality,adopts the test method of drilling core to test the concrete strength,undertakes the evaluation grading of its structure components and subunit operation,so as to provide some reference for the reconstruction and consolidation design of the building.
