分析了屋面防水工程原材料的市场状况,针对屋面防水工程施工中常见的质量通病,提出了具体的防治措施,并阐述了屋面防水验收环节与交付使用后的管理策略,以避免屋面渗漏水现象的发生。
The paper analyzes the market of the raw materials for roof waterproof project,points out the prevention measures according to the common quality diseases in the project,and illustrates the acceptance for the roof waterproof construction and the management strategies after the payment,so as to avoid the roof leakage.
