消防稳压设施设在水箱间与泵房的对比分析

摘要 结合中部某高层办公楼项目,分别从稳压泵特性参数、稳压罐工作压力及系统控制复杂程度三个方面对消防稳压设施设置于屋顶消防水箱间和地下消防水泵房两种方案进行了设计计算,结果表明:与设置在地下消防水泵房内相比,稳压设施设置在屋顶消防水箱,能有效减小稳压泵扬程及稳压罐工作压力,有利于稳压泵的启停控制;稳压罐容积大小不受影响,消防主泵启泵压力开关值设置无明显差异。 Based on a high-rise office building project in the middle of China,from the following three aspects: characteristic parameter of pressure stabilizing pump,working pressure of surge tank and the complexity of system control,making design calculation respectively in the condition fire-fighting stable pressure facility are installed in the roof fire tank room and in the underground fire pump room. The results show that,compared with installing fire-fighting stable pressure facility in the underground fire pump room,it is effective to reduce the lift of pressure stabilizing pump and working pressure of surge tank,be propitious to the control of pressure stabilizing pump and there is no influence about the cubage of surge tank and the pressure swtich value of fire pump.
