The paper analyzes the problems in the roadbed construction of the road and bridge transitional sections,and illustrates the measures against the diseases at the transitional roadbeds and pavement from the butt strap,background filling,roadbed treatment,and drainage of behind abutment,so as to prolong the lifespan of the roads and bridges.
