摘要
通过节能改造实际工程案例,阐述了既有居住建筑节能改造的重要性,给出了既有居住建筑节能改造的重点部位,并利用PKPM软件建立了模型,根据保温材料实测值设置边界条件,计算出了某建筑改造后的节能效果,为既有居住建筑节能改造工作提供参考。
Combining with the energy-saving and reconstruction engineering cases,the paper illustrates the importance of the energy-saving and reconstruction of existing residential buildings,establishes the model by adopting PKPM model,and calculates the energy-saving effect after the reconstruction according to the allocation of the boundary conditions for the architectural energy-saving reconstruction,so as to provide some reference for the architectural energy-saving reconstruction.
