Study on quality control of construction process of hot pressed asphalt mixture pavement

对热压式沥青混合料路面施工在前期准备环节、混合料摊铺、路面的碾压等方面的技术要点进行了详细阐述,并提出了从材料质量、施工机械设备管理、混合料生产质量、混合料路面的检测等四方面加强质量控制的方法,进而提高热压沥青路面施工质量。

This paper elaborates on the technical points of the pre-preparation of the hot-press asphalt mixture pavement,the paving of the mixture,the rolling of the pavement,etc.,and proposes the material quality,construction machinery and equipment management,and mixture. The quality control method is strengthened in four aspects,such as production quality and inspection of mixed material pavement,thereby improving the construction quality of hot-pressed asphalt pavement.
