摘要
结合莆田市木兰大道一期工程跨莆秀高速K8+685大桥主桥的0号块混凝土浇筑技术与经验,介绍了连续梁0号块混凝土在浇筑过程中质量控制措施,重点分析了浇筑顺序、下料孔布设和振捣的关键控制技术,可为类似工程提供有益借鉴。
Combining with continuous beam 0# concrete grouting technology experience of cross-Puxiu highway K8 + 685 bridge of Mulan road phase I project in Putian city,the paper introduces quality control measures in continuous beam 0 # concrete grouting process,mainly analyzes critical control technologies of grouting procedures,unloading hole setting and vibration,which can provide useful guidance for similar project.
