关于如何做好一份投标文件,根据国家建筑法、招投标法、建设工程合同法、建设工程格式合同以及具体的建设工程招标文件,结合几年来投标经验和建设工程评标专家的建议,针对施工阶段的投标文件内容,提出一些建议和注意事项。

How to make a successful bidding documents,it must be based on the national construction law,bidding law,construction project contract law,construction project format contract,and the specific construction project bidding documents,combined with the experience in bidding and construction project evaluation experts’ suggestions has been written. In this paper some views and attentions on the construction phase of the bidding documents have been proposed.
