Discussion on Legal Guarantee of Bank’s Creditor’s Right

部分企业违反国家法律、政策规定,采取各种形式逃废银行债务,已成为银行债权产生的主要原因,严重地损害了银行的权益,因此,应加强银行债权保障,防止国有资产流失、维护债权人合法权益。

Some enterprises disobeyed the national law and regulations in order to run off the debt from banks.This is the main cause of emergence of bank's creditor's right,and also damages to the rights and interests of banks.It is important to enforce the conservation of bank's creditor's right,avoid the loss of national asset,protect the creditor's right,and build modern corporation system.
