摘要 由于经济、社会、心理和管理体制等方面的原因,地方性高校教师职业倦怠问题日趋严重。地方性高校教师产生职业倦怠主要是受职业压力、角色模糊、职业认同感的消减、管理体制的欠缺及个人因素的影响等。通过外部环境及自身调节,可以预防和缓解职业倦怠。帮助地方性高校教师摆脱职业倦怠,对于我国高等教育的发展具有重要意义。 Local university teachers' professional weariness is getting increasingly serious due to economic,social,psychological problems and the problems of management system.Its manifestation includes the strain of professional identity and vague awareness of professional role.It can be attributed to occupational pressure,deficiency in management system,and other personal factors.It can be prevented and relieved by means of adjusting external and internal factors relating to the profession.Keeping teachers away from professional weariness is significant to the development of higher education in the country.
