摘要
通过大量的数据采集、工程分析及市场调研,分析外窗遮阳系数与耗热量的影响关系、阳台传热计算方法变革及各朝向外窗传热量的差别对天津地区居住建筑节能目标的影响等,计算研究节能设计的理论计算方法及实际影响因素,提出天津地区居住建筑绿色节能设计技术发展的新策略,为制定《天津市居住建筑节能设计标准》(13年新修订版)提供理论依据。
Through substantial data collec tion, engineering analysis and marketing research, this ar ticle analy zes the influence of the external window shading coef ficient to heat consumption. It also discusses the innovation of heat transfer calculation method for balcony and dif ferent windows of residential buildings in Tianjin and their impact on energy saving targets. Based on this, this article studies the theory of energy-efficiency design calculation method and practical factors, and points out a new strategy for designing green energy-ef ficient residential buildings in Tianjin region. It also puts forward the theoretical basis to revise the 'Tianjin residential building energy ei ciency design standard in 2013 '.
