摘要
为了降低发生在体育场内的人群事故几率,基于人群行为,提出了看台区域内栏杆系统的安全设计策略。从人群疏散方向与栏杆的关系角度,对栏杆系统进行了分类,确定了不同类型栏杆的研究重点;在理论上修正了倾斜人群模型,比较了不同的人群状态和栏杆高度对栏杆荷载的影响;给出了各类栏杆的设置位置、扶手可抓性的构造要求,为我国规范的栏杆水平设计荷载值提出了增补建议。
To minimize the risk of crowd disaster, asafety strategy of stadium barrier s is put for ward based on the study on crowd behavior. Barriers are classified by the relationship between the direction of crowd evacuation and barriers. The Lean Crowd Model is modified based on the analysis of the load of barriers in deferent densely populated situations and the height of barriers. The position of barriers and the construction of graspable handrail are discussed followed by the recommendations on horizontal design loads for barriers.
