当代城市综合体的文化功能复合研究

A STUDY ON THE CULTURAL FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION OF CONTEMPORARY URBAN COMPLEX

结合国外当代城市综合体案例、采取定量与定性分析的方法,针对引入文化功能的城市综合体进行研究,并分别从文化功能的复合动因、复合构成、复合模式3个方面展开分析。提出文化体系建设、市场优势效应、城市更新需求3个方面的复合动因;在总结文化功能基本复合情况的基础上,进一步得出4类文化功能的复合频次、相关文化设施的复合频率及其文化功能的外部关联;以不同功能作用方式和集聚类型为视角,提出城市综合体相应的文化功能复合模式。

By analyzing the cases of contemporary urban complex in China and abroad,this paper uses quantitative and qualitative analysis method to study urban complex where cultural function is introduced.The analysis is made from three aspects including the compound cause,composition and pattern of the cultural function.The study also summarizes the compound agent in three respects which are the cultural system construction,market advantage effect and urban renewal needs.Based on the summary of basic cultural function compounds,four types of compound frequency of cultural function is concluded together with the related cultural facilities compound frequency and the external associations of its cultural function.In the perspective of different functions and agglomeration types,the study establishes the compound patterns of corresponding cultural function of urban complex.
