基于持续照护的老年社区持续度评价体系探析

SUSTAINABILITY EVALUATION OF ELDERLY COMMUNITY BUILDINGS IN CONTINUITY OF CARE

在分析老年社区持续照护的内涵、目标、手段基础上,提出提升老年社区持续度的持续照护对策。并从持续度层面,具体解析老年社区持续照护的影响因素,利用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,简称AHP)、按照有相互关联及隶属关系的影响因素建立综合评价模型,并分析、确定各因素重要性权值。

The concept of integrated efficiency of the elderly community is presented based on the synthesis of multi-dimensional knowledge.In a general view of large-scale elderly community,the influence factors of the integrated efficiency are analyzed.By applying the AHP method,the synthesis appraisal model with multi-factors is set up,in which the co-relationship and dependency between these factors are considered and the important weight values for these factors are analyzed.The usability of the model presented is proved by applying the model into the comparison and analysis of different design schemes for a same practical project.So far,the primary architectural design strategies to improve the integrated efficiency of large-scale elderly community are proposed.
