STUDY ON EVALUATION MODE OF URBAN STRATEGIC PLANNING Case Studies on Global Metropolises of Hong Kong, New York and Singapore

将城市战略规划评价模式分为"规划前评估""规划中监控""规划后评价"3个方面,对应具有代表性的国际大都市香港、纽约、新加坡战略规划评价案例,以"评价模式概念辨析—战略规划背景分析—战略规划评价模式分析—评价模式特点梳理"为研究推导主线,旨在国际视角下对城市战略规划评价模式进行系统归纳与比较。

The evaluation mode of urban strategic planning are differentiated to three types:pre-planning assessment,implementation-planning monitoring,and post-planning evaluation,this paper studies the case of representative global metropolises,including Hong Kong,New York,and Singapore.The deductive process of this paper follows the thread of four steps,which from the 'concept of evaluation mode',to the 'background of strategic planning',to the 'mode of strategic planning evaluation',and to the 'features of evaluation mode'.The aim is to systematically summarize and compare the evaluation modes of urban strategic planning from an international perspective.
