天津市大型公建中庭空间的性能化防火设计研究

THE PERFORMANCE-BASED FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN OF ATRIUM SPACE IN LARGE PUBLIC BUILDINGS IN TIANJIN

针对天津市各大型商业综合体的中庭空间的防火设计情况进行调研,以其性能化防火设计方案为例,总结分析中庭的空间特征及火灾火势蔓延特性,并从整体和局部两个层面对中庭空间提出性能化防火策略,期望能成功解决中庭空间的使用功能、空间造型、经济利益与消防安全的矛盾,并争取得到最优设计方案。

This paper studies the fire situation in the atrium space of the large commercial complex in Tianjin.It summarizes the analysis of fire characteristics and fire spread features in the atrium space from the global to the local levels.The paper puts forward fire protection strategies from the heat and smoke control,the evacuation of personnel,security and other aspects by taking the performance-based fire design of the atrium space in Tianjin's major commercial complexes as an example.The study aims to successfully solve the conflicts of the atrium space usage function,space modeling,economic interests and the fire safety and to seek the optimal design of atrium spaces.
