摘要
从沈阳市城市综合体空间分布特征分析着手,深入探究交通区位条件、土地开发利用、公共设施分布以及城市发展相关政策等多项因素与城市综合体的相互关联与影响机制,提出沈阳市城市综合体的空间演进规律、作用机理以及对城市空间绩效的综合提升作用。
Based on the analysis of the space distribution characteristics of urban complex in Shenyang,the work presented in this paper explores the correlation and influencing mechanism between the distribution of urban complexes and the numerous factors such as traffic location conditions,land development and utilization,public facility distribution and urban economic development level and policies etc.Besides,it also puts forward the spatial evolution rules of the urban complexes in Shenyang and their functions to comprehensively improve the performance of urban space.
