摘要
通过梳理相关文献,从城市健康、安全和城市空间认知等方面厘清城市法规对建筑控高、建筑退界、建筑用材等的约束与影响,加强对城市建筑特质的认识,为提高城市建设的质量奠定基础。
By reviewing relevant literature,the paper tries to clarify the restrictions and influences of city rules to urban architecture in terms of height,setback and materials,etc.from the aspects of public health and safety,and spatial cognition.Thereby the obligation and characteristics of urban architecture is identified in the city context,based on which the quality of urban construction will be improved.
