摘要
基于对我国当前城市化进程中的高层、高密度、高容积率以及普遍建设地下空间等突出特征的分析,提出构筑适宜于我国国情的"双层城市",指出推进"双层城市"建设的4个关键方面,以期有助于改善城市交通拥堵现象。
The study is based on the analysis of prominent characteristics of present urbanization such as high-rise,high density,high floor area ratio and common construction of underground space.The concept of building 'double city' is proposed which is suitable for China's current development conditions.The paper summarizes four key aspects of promoting the construction of 'double city',and this may effectively alleviate the problem of urban traffic congestion.
