摘要
通过公众参与的调研问卷,运用模糊评价法与层次分析法尝试进行既有住区的活力评价的初步研究,归纳与总结当前既有住区关注度高、矛盾突出的物质空间问题与社会服务问题,为下一阶段活力提升策略的制定奠定基础,并以大连1970-1980年代建设的开放式小区为例,对活力评价模型进行初步检验。
This paper tried to apply the 'fuzzy evaluation method' and 'analytic hierarchy process' to evaluate the vitality of existing residential districts,comprehensively through public questionnaire to sum up and summarize the high-profile and significant problems of physical space and social service in these existing residential districts,which will lay the foundation for further research on the design strategies to improve vitality.We take the open residential community samples in Dalian,which is built during 70 s to 80 s period,to test the vitality evaluation model.
