摘要
以沈阳建筑大学中德节能示范中心为例,探索在严寒地区建设近零能耗且具有较高室内环境质量的智能化办公建筑的设计策略和技术方法。文章对中心的建筑形式、外围护结构优化、双源热泵系统、地道新风系统、智能化系统、可再生能源系统的技术体系展开研究,同时分析运营期间的环境质量与能耗监测数据,验证了严寒地区实现近零能耗建筑的可行性,为严寒地区节能办公建筑的发展提供了一定的参考及适合的技术方案。
This paper demonstrated a case study of Sino-Germany Zero-Energy Demonstration Center in Shenyang Jianzhu University,with the purpose to explore passive and active building design strategies in the severe cold climate in China.Design strategies are illustrated and discussed including building form,insulation,double-resource heat pump,underground fresh air tunnel,intelligent control,and sustainable energy resource,and then the principle of ‘passive takes precedence over active' is proposed.The indoor environment quality and energy demand data are recorded and analyzed,which validated the feasibility of nearly zero energy building in severe cold climate.This case study provided appropriate and valuable strategies for designing nearly zero energy building in the severe cold area in China.
