摘要
以海绵城市技术为切入点,研究其类型、功能、特点及适用范围等内容,探讨其应用于既有住区室外环境改造的可行性和操作模式,尝试提出基于海绵城市技术的生态环境品质提升策略,为既有住区室外环境改造提出新的思路与举措。
In sponge technology as the starting point of the city, its types, functions, characteristics and scope of content, its applied to existing settlements in an outdoor environment renovation of feasibility and mode of operation are discussed. this paper tries to put out complete strategies of improvement eco-environmental quality based on the sponge city, to put forward new ideas and measures for the renovation of outdoor environment in existing residential areas.
