摘要
在梳理"效率"概念基础上,探讨中小套型住宅室内空间效率的内涵与比较原则;依据适居性、高效性、适应性、经济性4个原则,借鉴国内外住宅评价研究等相关理论,筛选比较研究的指标;选取天津市1980、1990、2000年代典型套型住宅进行横向比较研究。
Through carding the concept of 'efficiency', this research explores the connotation and the principle of ‘the efficiency in small and medium-sized dwelling units'. By using the research of residential assessments in domestic and abroad for reference, the paper screened the comparative indicators in the aspect of habitability, efficiency, adaptability and economy. Finally, this essay conducted a comparing study by selecting three typical units(built in 1980 s, 1990 s and 2000 s separately)in Tianjin City.
