摘要
通过对十多个市场化的社区养老服务设施的调研分析,总结出市场化运作的社区养老服务设施的基础服务模块、主要的产品类型及特点,对设施的规划运营策略及要点、建设内容及规模,以及功能布局都进行了探讨与总结,并提出了社区养老服务设施在城市规划中的落地与管控措施,旨在探索一些对老年人来说能满足多样化的需求,对服务机构来说具有运营经济性的社区养老服务设施供给模式。
The author surveyed and analyzed more than 10 market-oriented Elderly Community Service Facilities, concluded the fundamental service sectors, main product categories and characteristics of Elderly Community Service Facilities, and discussed the strategies, key points, sizes, and functional layouts of facility planning and operation. In the end, the site selection and control measures of elderly community service facilities in urban planning are put forward. The objective of this study is to explore the mode of Elderly Community Service Facilities which can meet diverse needs and economically operationable.
